Sign in, organisation access and permissions

Separate account access from the permission to view or change a particular record.

Guide reviewed 14 September 2026 · Controls depend on your app version and access.

Before you begin

Use your own account. Never ask a teammate to share a password or an active session.

  1. 01Sign in to ControlRoom

Open controlroom.zaqnet.com and use your assigned sign-in details. In GroundLink, use its sign-in screen. If sign-in fails, check the entered identity before attempting password recovery.

  2. 02Confirm the organisation

After sign-in, confirm the workspace or company shown in your session. If you belong to more than one organisation, select the intended one before creating records.

  3. 03Understand three separate gates

A plan provides feature eligibility. Your role provides action permissions, often called scopes. Your browser or phone supplies device permissions such as location or microphone access. Passing one gate does not grant the others.

  4. 04Request the narrow access you need

Tell your administrator the app, record and action you were trying to use. Viewing records, editing them, exporting them and deleting them can require different permissions.

Check the result

The correct company is active and you can open the intended app without using someone else’s account.

If something does not look right

For an expired session, sign in again. For permission denied, repeated sign-ins will not add a missing role. Give support the displayed error code and request identifier without sharing tokens.
