RetailPort · In development
A planned Zaqnet experience for in-store selling: helping the people at the counter work with products, customers, and the wider business.
Explore the ideaWHAT IT IS FOR
A customer walks into your store, chooses a product, and asks to pay. The person at the counter needs a clear way to handle the sale and its details.
Behind that sale are questions about stock, pricing, and the customer. RetailPort is being designed to connect counter work to the rest of Zaqnet.
The aim is a focused experience for people serving customers in person, with ControlRoom providing the wider view for managers and office teams.
WHAT WE ARE BUILDING
A proposed workspace for finding products and working through a sale while helping a customer in person.
The intention is to relate store activity to the products and inventory managed by the wider business.
Planned customer-linked records would help the team understand a sale when someone returns with a question.
Counter activity is intended to become part of the information managers review in Zaqnet.
WHERE IT FITS
RetailPort is the planned in-store experience. ControlRoom remains the place to manage the broader operation, while GroundLink supports teams working out in the field.
RetailPort is in development and is not available to buy or use. Everything on this page describes what the product is being built to do, not what it does today. Dates, pricing and the final shape of the features may change. If you would like to be told when it is ready, leave us a note and we will get in touch.
