Which plan should we start with?
Start with the workflows you need now. Elemental covers core records and collections; Essentials adds purchases and Closure review. Choose Ecosystem Plus for supported automated workflows, or Eternal when your business needs the additional enterprise controls.
Does a plan enable everything automatically?
No. Your organisation configuration and each user’s permissions determine access. Messaging providers, device location permissions and accounting connectors also need their own setup. We can walk through those requirements using your actual process.
Are Trail history and Live Follow bundled?
They are separate Trackboard add-ons. Passive location detection is a distinct capability. Ask for the combination your team needs and its current commercial terms.
What should we bring to a demo?
Bring an example order, how your team collects payments, where stock is held and how you close the day. Include your team size and accounting tool so we can map the workflow and quote the right scope.
