Review a day in Closure
Bring the day’s records together and investigate differences before signing off your own process.
Guide reviewed 14 September 2026 · Controls depend on your app version and access.
Before you begin
Choose the correct organisation, date and person or dimension. Closure is a consolidated view, not a replacement for the source records.
01Start from the calendar
Open the Closure month view and select the intended day. Use the available person or dimension controls to narrow the view.
02Review the daily summary
Compare sales, orders, payments and other available totals. Note the dates and scope used by the report.
03Open the source records
Inspect the underlying entries when a total seems wrong. Look for late entries, pending states, different dates or a narrower permission boundary.
04Recompute only when appropriate
If the recompute action is available and authorised, use it to rebuild consolidated facts for the day. It does not repair an incorrect source transaction.
05Export the intended view
Choose the supported export and verify its period and contents before sharing. Send it only to recipients authorised to receive those records.
Check the result
The daily view is reconciled with its source records, or the outstanding difference is clearly documented.
If something does not look right
Filing duty closure, returning stock and recomputing a summary are different operations. Confirm each required result separately.
