Understand the delivery workflow preview

Recognise the difference between a screen demonstration and a confirmed delivery service.

Guide reviewed 14 September 2026 · Controls depend on your app version and access.

Before you begin

The inspected Delivery Workflow screen contains local demonstration state. Its completion message is not evidence of a persisted backend delivery.

  1. 01Recognise the proposed stages

The screen demonstrates shipment entry, payment context, OTP or receiver-name proof, review and completion.

  2. 02Do not treat local proof as production verification

The inspected OTP comparison and receiver-name confirmation are handled locally. They are not sufficient evidence of a production customer-verification or signature-capture service.

  3. 03Confirm deployment support before using it

Ask your administrator whether a supported, persisted delivery workflow has been supplied for your deployment. Use the organisation’s established delivery and payment process until that is confirmed.

Check the result

You know whether you are looking at a preview or a deployed workflow with a confirmed record.

If something does not look right

Do not rely on a local delivered-successfully message as proof of delivery or settlement. Report the build and screen to support if the distinction is unclear.
