1. 01Workspace, organisation and scope

   A workspace is the business context you are working in. An organisation identifies the company boundary. A scope is permission to perform a type of action; it is not another person’s consent.

2. 02SKU, unit and location

   A SKU identifies an item. Its unit explains the quantity, such as pieces or another configured measure. A location is the place or operational stock account that holds inventory; balances from different units cannot simply be added.

3. 03Order, sale and payment

   An order records a request; a sale records the sales transaction; a payment records collection or payment information. A supplier purchase order and goods receipt represent different stages of buying stock.

4. 04Duty, closure and return

   Duty is the work-session state. Closure can refer to filing the end of that session or reviewing a consolidated day. A stock return is a separate inventory result, even when triggered by closure.

5. 05Trigger, condition, action and run

   A trigger is the event that starts a flow. A condition decides when the flow applies. An action is a supported step. A run is an attempt to execute the workflow; inspect its results rather than assuming success.

6. 06Support code and reason code

   A support code is the stable five-digit identifier for a service and failure class. A reason code identifies a more specific condition. A request or trace identifier helps support locate one occurrence; do not substitute it for the error code.
