Make and receive a LiveLink call

Speak with an authorised teammate without confusing calling with location tracking.

Guide reviewed 14 September 2026 · Controls depend on your app version and access.

Before you begin

Both endpoints need supported LiveLink access and connectivity. The device or browser must allow microphone use.

  1. 01Open the calling controls

Use the available LiveLink interface and choose the intended teammate. Confirm the person and organisation before placing the call.

  2. 02Answer or decline

The recipient can answer or decline through the available incoming-call controls. Notification delivery depends on device and platform settings.

  3. 03Check audio during the call

Use mute and available audio routing controls as needed. If the same account is active on several devices, inspect where the call was answered and use supported device switching deliberately.

  4. 04End and confirm

End the call when finished. Configure ringtone, volume or silent mode in the available preferences; these are separate from calling permissions.

Check the result

The call reaches the intended person, the right microphone/audio route is used and the session ends when expected.

If something does not look right

Check microphone permission, connectivity and the call’s device state if audio fails. LiveLink is not emergency calling, and voice calls do not grant permission to record or track someone.
